     This evening I have the pleasure of attending the Wyee Public School's

     Concert "It's A Magical World".  I'm very much looking forward to it.

    The school has been in the Star Struck family since 1996.

    Their school community has also been Star Cast Supporters since 2001.

    Thank you Wyee Public.

 

    Wednesday 18 December       

    It's very busy times in the office at the moment.

    I've finished my paperwork for the upcoming round 2 vocal auditions.

    Can't wait for that exciting weekend!

    The school group nominations forms are starting to come in steadily now.

    Some new schools on board. With that, comes loads of phone calls and questions.

    John, Julie, Keri, Jan and the puppet team are working day and night at the moment on

    the newly-designed puppets for the Schools Spectacular in Sydney November 27-28.

    Don't miss it. It is an amazing experience.

    Good luck to all the Hunter Central Coast students performing.

    I'll be there to support you all.

    Wow!

    How much did we all enjoying following our friend James Johnston on Australian Idol?

    It was fantastic that he made it to 3rd .... but we already knew how talented he was.

    We now look forward to following James into the future with his music.  

    He also met some amazing people along the way ....

    Hello to all our friends at New Lambton South Public School.

    Your dance group was the first nomination received for Star Struck 2010.

    Thursday 12 December   

    I'm starting to receive phone calls from musicians wanting to audition.

    Don't panic! You haven't missed anything.

    We need to secure the singers at this stage so final song selections can be made.

    Then it's copyright application time.

    And then - we need musicians.

    Forms will be in schools and on the website early next year.

    Watch this space!

    I have already received several phone calls from "new" schools.

    We really can say "we knew James before he was famous".

 Last Friday (November 6) I posted all the results of round 1 singing auditions. Congratulations to everyone who auditioned. It was a continual 4 day concert. If the postman hasn't delivered your letter to home by this Friday call me at the Star Struck Office.
